BACKGROUND
The Ritz Carlton Residences, Bachelor Gulch are whole-ownership condominiums located within the award-winning hotel; they embody quintessential mountain luxury in the heart of the Rockies.

PROCESS
We had to be very selective with media and execution in order to find this extremely niche audience. By testing and measuring combinations of digital components the campaign was able to reach, track and engage highly-qualified potential buyers. We used geographic targeting, high-intent search strategies, programmatic targeting data, social media and direct website placements.
