The Broadmoor Bartolin Hall Case Study

Our Client
The Broadmoor is an iconic, independently owned luxury hotel and resort located in Colorado Springs, CO.  In early 2020, The Broadmoor opened Bartolin Hall, a 125,000 square-foot facility for exhibit space.  Bartolin Hall connects directly to The Broadmoor’s 60,000 square-foot ballroom.  With the addition of Bartolin Hall, the convention center at The Broadmoor is the only venue to offer a true Colorado convention experience in the state.Our

Challenge
Prior to completing the construction of the Hall, our task was to develop and execute a national media campaign to increase awareness among meeting and trade show planners, as many events are booked two-three years in advance. 

Our Strategy
We used targeted print media for broad reach among the extremely niche target, as well as hyper-targeted trade show & exhibition websites to avoid wasted dollars.  We also leveraged added-value opportunities from The Broadmoor’s media plan, including advertorials and additional bonus pages.Our

Results
Despite the pandemic that closed virtually all live conventions and events, The Broadmoor was able to secure many future bookings, including the Space Symposium in August of 2022.
